Consultations
Scheduling a consultation with Dr. Rechner begins by calling Centre for Plastic Surgery at 616.454.1256 or 1.800.968.7474 during regular office hours, Monday through Thursday, 8:30am-5pm and Friday, 8:30am-2pm. You do not need a referral to schedule an appointment. If you must cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours notice and we will be happy to reschedule you.

Confidentiality
Discretion is paramount to our practice. We are compliant with federal HIPAA confidentiality regulations. Further, you can be confident that we will not release information about your care without your written authorization.

Emergencies
Dr. Rechner or one of his colleagues will provide you with emergency care 24/7. If you call our practice after hours, rest assured our answering service will be there. If your injury is life threatening, please go to the nearest emergency room or the Spectrum Health Butterworth Campus.

Billing & Insurance
We realize that health insurance and medical billing can be complex. That's why we're happy to provide you with a detailed explanation of fees and discuss any concerns you may have about our billing policies.
